P&G: Lafley’s There, but Not There Yet!

As growth slows, P&G is losing market share to competitors. A.G. Lafley has taken the reins once again, and it is up to him to deliver a turnaround – but will he be able to?

With 21% of the market share by revenues, the Procter & Gamble Company (PG) is the global leader in the household and personal products industry.
